Terms and Conditions
- All the trips start and end at Nariman Point (Mumbai).
- Bookings have to be given at least 4 days in advance.
- Advance payment has to be made at the time of booking. Payment for the extra use if any has to be made at the time of release of car.
- Service tax as applicable will be charged on the gross bill amount.
- All the columns in the duty slip have to be filled by the user to ensure correct billing.
- For outstation trips, billing is done as per calender day basis.
- Time and Kilometres will be calculated on Garage to Garage basis and bills will be made accordingly.
- All toll entrance fees and parking charges will be charged seperately.
- The customer is expected to sign and correctly fill the duty slip and hand it over to the chauffeur.
- The company reserves the right to change the Tariff at any time without any notice.
- At present, we only provide chauffeur driven cars.
- The photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only.
- Disputes if any shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
- For airport transfer trips, if the pick-up / drop location is in Thane , Navi Mumbai , Panvel etc., then such trips shall be treated as local trips.
- No disputes are entertained if the user column in the duty slip is not completely filled in by the user.
